This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which clients may request cancellations, returns, or refunds. 2. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to:

  • Content creation and branding services

  • Software licenses and digital products

  • Subscription or retainer-based services

3. Services (Non-Refundable)

Due to the customized nature of digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and branding services, all fees paid for these services are non-refundable once work has begun. This is because our services involve time, resource allocation, and intellectual input tailored specifically to each client.

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • No work has been initiated, and cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment.

  • The service was paid for but not delivered in accordance with the mutually agreed proposal or contract.

4. Software and Digital Products

Refund requests for software or digital products may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The product was not delivered to the client.

  • The product contains technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team within seven (7) business days of the client reporting the issue.

  • The product delivered is substantially different from what was described at the time of purchase.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Failure to operate the product due to client-side technical limitations.

  • Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification of the product.

5. Subscriptions and Retainers

For recurring services, including monthly retainers or subscription-based agreements:

  • Clients must request cancellation at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged.

  • Payments made for the current billing cycle are non-refundable once services have been initiated or delivered.

6. Conditions for Refund Approval

Refunds may only be approved if:

  • The service or product was not delivered as per the agreement.

  • The service or product delivered was substantially different from the agreed specifications.

  • Technical or operational issues could not be resolved despite reasonable cooperation between Tamrah Media FZC and the client.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preferences if agreed deliverables were provided.

  • Delays caused by the client in providing required materials, approvals, or communication.

  • Cancellation requests after the delivery of work or initiation of services.

7. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@tamrahmedia.com with supporting details.

  • Requests will be reviewed and processed within ten (10) business days of receipt.

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Any applicable transaction, processing, or administrative fees (including bank or payment gateway charges) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

8. Cancellation of Contracts

  • Clients may cancel long-term contracts by providing a minimum of 30 days’ written notice.

  • Any work completed or resources allocated up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

  • Prepaid amounts for future services beyond the 30-day notice period may be refunded subject to review.

9. Policy Modifications

Tamrah Media FZC reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on our official website and will take immediate effect.
