2. Digital Services and Products

  • Most of our offerings, including digital marketing services, software solutions, and content creation, are delivered electronically.

  • Delivery timelines for digital services will be specified in the signed contract, proposal, or service agreement.

  • Software licenses and digital tools are typically delivered via email or through a secure download link within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Clients must ensure that the email address and contact details provided at the time of purchase are accurate to avoid delivery delays.

3. Physical Products (if applicable)

In cases where physical items such as promotional materials, storage devices, or packaged software are shipped:

  • Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Domestic deliveries within the United Arab Emirates generally take 3 to 7 business days.

  • International deliveries may take 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination and shipping provider.

  • Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping Carriers

We may use trusted third-party logistics providers and courier services for the delivery of physical items. Once an order has been shipped, clients will receive tracking information (if available) to monitor the shipment.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international deliveries, clients are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applicable in their country. Tamrah Media FZC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or regulatory procedures.

6. Delays and Non-Delivery

  • While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframes, unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, natural events, or supply chain issues may affect delivery schedules.

  • For digital products, delays caused by client-side technical issues (such as incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or software incompatibility) are not the responsibility of Tamrah Media FZC.

  • If a product or service has not been delivered within the specified timeframe, clients must notify us immediately at info@tamrahmedia.com so we can investigate and resolve the matter.

7. Ownership and Risk

  • For physical shipments, ownership and risk of loss pass to the client once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • For digital products, delivery is deemed complete once the download link, software key, or service confirmation has been sent to the client’s registered email address.
